Just the perfect size for a couple or family, this condo has everything you need to enjoy your summer vacation. Bedroom with a king bed and full, en suite bathroom plus loft with two single beds. In addition, there is a new queen-sized sleeper sofas in the living room. Full kitchen and den plus small deck to enjoy the outdoors. Located yards from the Mountain Villa outdoor seasonal pool with Deer Lake just over the mountain. Tennis and pickleball courts right next to the condo building. Only a short walk to restaurants, bars, stores and Avalanche Bay waterpark. And, for your winter fun, almost ski in/ski out. Enjoy this condo, year-round!

Great location and parking and it was an easy walk to all the activities.

The location, amenities, and accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. This is our 2nd time renting a Timber North property and will definitely seek out their properties for future stays.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was relatively clean. Bare minimum amenities provided. Sliding door would not lock, no bath mat in master bath and the soap dispensers in the master tub did not work. Microwave light did not work. Fold out beds were very uncomfortable. Challenging sleeping 6.
