White Pine Cottage is just a minute drive to downtown Lake Charlevoix and the shops and restaurants. We're just 6 miles from the slopes of Boyne Mountain Resort. We also have a long driveway with room for your snowmobile or boat trailer.

Nestled in the community of Boyne City and beautiful Lake Charlevoix, only 5 miles from Boyne Mountain our 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is waiting for your enjoyment! Boyne City is recognized as a vacation destination for all seasons. Our property is centrally located amidst Boyne Mountain Resort, Lake Charlevoix, Avalanche Mountain Preserve, nearby Young State Park, and just a few minutes walk to award-winning Downtown Boyne City--with great eateries, micro breweries, local retail business, and lakefront walks.

Our air conditioned cottage has recently been completely renovated with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the 43" smart television in the open living room/kitchen area. You'll also have the benefit of an additional 43" smart television in the new King size master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds with closet space. A washer and dryer are there for your convenience during your vacation! Our fully functioning kitchen and outdoor grill will serve all of your cooking needs! Feel at home inside with our Wi-Fi, Netflix, Spectrum App, and Peacock channels! Enjoy our outdoor living space complete with a fire pit, ample seating, and outdoor games.

Warmer weather boasts a variety of outdoor activities. Downtown Boyne City is only a leisurely 10 minute walk from our home! Located against the shores of Lake Charlevoix, downtown Boyne City has endless opportunities for you to experience including: dining at local eateries, Friday Night’s Stroll the Street, Farmer’s Market on Wednesday and Saturday, and weekly Night Concerts in the Park. Crystal clear waters of Lake Charlevoix and the Boyne River provide unlimited opportunities for water fun. Enjoy the several beaches around town or the public fishing dock! Because our lakes are so clear, consider bringing your mask and snorkel to fully enjoy our aquatic life. Kayak down the Boyne River into Lake Charlevoix! Visit the amazing Young State Park with a fantastic beach on Lake Charlevoix, bring your bikes and ride the bike trail from Boyne City through Young State Park. Disc golfing, hiking, and biking trails are one mile away at Avalanche Mountain Preserve at no cost! Boyne Mountain Resort, only 5 miles away, has world class golfing, zip lining, spa services, and bike trails. Sip a cup of hot chocolate while you try on your ice skates. Enjoy the groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and trails for bike enthusiasts. Only a minute’s drive to downtown Boyne City for great eateries, microbreweries, and retail shops.

Becky and Brian were great communicators prior to and during our stay. Their cottage is clean, well decorated and cozy. It was just my wife and I there to take part in a college reunion and the size and amenities were great for us. It would be close quarters for 4. The king bed was great for sleeping and the shower good. There was a lot of work being done on the roads but we were able to navigate that. The cottage is about 7 blocks from the lake and downtown. Overall a great stay for us.

Pine Cottage was excellent all around. The location was perfect for Traverse City & Macinaw . The place was clean and had everything needed. Visit to boyne mtn/water park

We visited to ski and visit the waterpark at Boyne Mountain. Location was great for this purpose. House was clean, comfortable (great beds), and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, a huge ice storm hit during our stay and we lost power. However, host was communicative and had flashlights available and the gas stovetop allowed us to still cook/stay warm/city water still worked as well. In spite of the power outage (out of host's control), we still had a great time and plan to return when visiting tbe area in the future!

Clean and well-kept rental very close to skiing at Boyne Mountain and a reasonable drive up to Nub’s Nob. Near the lovely restaurants, etc., in town as well. Property managers are hospitality-minded with welcoming and helpful amenities from providing snacks and coffee supplies, to recommendations for local attractions, to electric blankets on the beds (big hit with out 8-year-old), to quickly answering texts and communicating proactively. Recommended!

We stayed here on a ski weekend trip. Was perfect size for me and 2 kids. We loved the heated blankets after a full day of skiing! Location was just a few minutes from the mountain so we could come back for lunch or dinner and then go back to ski later.

Cozy girls getaway

What a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy rental. Brian and Becky have a beautiful little gem and it was perfect for our girls trip to get away and relax. Very clean and updated even had heated blankets to help the winter chill.Thank you both so much!
