Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall disappointed with the property which is due to be demolished so not worth the owner making any repairs. Bedding and kitchen suitably clean. Did not have hot water on first evening so could not have a bath or wash up; owner responded quickly and had the problem fixed the following day. Beautiful view, slightly spoilt by condensation in living room double glazing. Lovely location.
Wardrobe in bedroom, not as depicted in listing . One panel missing and one not attached at the top, so loose and potentially dangerous.
Grouting not clean.
Interior of building has a neglected feel and showing signs of subsidence,.
Exterior of building not being maintained due to being demolished soon
