From stepping foot into the hotel, we were greeted with smiles from the lovely staff. Our room was lovely, much bigger than expected and was clean. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning kept the room cool all night. We didn’t hear the slightest bit of noise during our stay so it really was peaceful. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. So much to choose from and a proper coffee machine. Everything was cooked perfectly and was hot and the continental options were amazing. We would definitely book again and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Bedroom, bathroom & public areas were spotlessly clean. The A/C worked very well - we switched it off at night though. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, but I do think that fresh fruit is a better option than tinned. Staff were very polite, courteous & helpful. We’ll definitely return if we visit the area again.

Nice clean hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast as well. Only criticism is you can’t get to hotel from underground car park without going outside which was annoying given heavy rain.

Lovely clean, large room on the 3rd floor. Shane about the view over a derelict dumping ground. Great access to town. A short 5 min walk but all up hill on the way back. Beware the electric charging points have a minimum £40 charge!!! Pozitive energy shame on you! Staff were lovely. The bar area/breakfast area could do with being twice the size for the amount of rooms and people staying. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice

We could not stay due to the bed so uncomfortable we coulyyd not sleep on it The staff were no help only gave us two quilts But still not comfortable refused to refund us. We then booked st another nearby hotel and had lovely night.

Clean room, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was good however the hash browns tasted a bit frozen and some of it was a bit cold but we did come down to breakfast at 9:45. It is advertised as until 10am though so we did expect it to be still hot.
