Disgusting!!!!

Absolutely disgusting place! We stayed 4 night and paid £48 for parking and was told i was not guaranteed a space! The spa facilities were absolutely disgusting! The sauna was freezing and rest of it was disgusting! We didn’t get any fresh towels or bed sheets in the room all the time we were there! The tv was probably the smallest TV in the world! The bed was like sleeping on a bed of bricks! The only good thing about it was the location

Although the rooms need updating, we very much enjoyed our stay at the trouville. Breakfast was of good quality, the staff , fast and efficient. Helpful reception staff. The pool and sauna a pleasant suprise.

The staff on the front desk are very busy!!! People running 3 in the morning and they have done nothing to stop!

Property was clean,close to the pier,but the noise especially at night time from close night club was too loud,even when we had closed windows,still can hear banging from the sound systems.Other think which was annoying was the loudly creaking floor,which is like 100years old,need to be fixed for 100% Overall great location and nice and quite hotel at weekdays(not weekends)

Pleasent enough staff and we added breakfast for i day which was good value. The location is also good and the car park is a must in Bournmouth. As for the room itself,,,i would rate as very average. Half the lights in the room did not work and only 1 electrical socket to run the all the appliances in room TV / Fan / Kettle. We were in a twin room so charging phones ETC became a relay ! The room furnature is very old and basic old brown wood , the type you see in charity shops. The carpet was also stained and worn, The beds were quite comfortable and the bed linin was clean. We were in the area for a wedding so did not spend a huge amount of time in the hotel. The location and the price point made it possable for our needs. Not the best....but certainly not the worst. Could be a lot better with some overdue TLC.

The staff were friendly and helpful, checked us in a little earlier as room was ready, this was good as we could leave our suitcases and bags and settle in our room before heading out. The room didn’t look like the pictures though. It is rather dated and could do with some refreshing, a lick of paint, some new curtains and a sheet to cover the bottom box of the bed which the mattress is on (so we didn’t see the base) would be good as they look very old. The water pressure was poor and very difficult to get a shower that isn’t too hot or too cold. Good for a bath as they are big and deep but not so great for a shower. The floors creak so badly and I was self-conscious of moving about for residents underneath or either side. It was overall relatively pleasant but just needs some interior work and attention to the smaller details which can go a long way in improving an experience.

Older property but well refurbed and even with a swimming pool free to guests which I didn't use as only booked for one night. The room had a view of a roof, but was clean and comfortable. For the rice paid it was excellent value. Reception went the extra mile to give me a room with a walk in shower as I have mobility issues, but as the building is an older type there were steps going up and down to it after I got to that floor by lift. The only downside to my stay was that parking seemed plentyful but I went out for the evening and it was full upon my return. All in all for an economy stay it was excellent value for money

The staff were pleasant on arrival. The room we were first given was not good. Unable to get hot water, TV didn't work, curtains were ill fitting and you could have tbe curtains open as it was level with the road outside do absolutely no privacy unless you kept the curtains closed constantly. We requested to move rooms which the young lad on reception granted with no questions asked and was very apologetic saying they were going through refurbishment which wasnt mentioned when booking. The second room was better but there were issues. The room was extremely hot, the road noise was extremely noisy and the wash basin in the bathroom was so small and very low. Sadly we won't be back unless perhaps the refurb improves things.

Needs total refurbishment and clean. Paid for 2 breakfasts at £12.95 each and basically got 1 egg on toast and 1jam and toast. Manager hasn’t acknowledged by complaint. Very disappointing. Pool wasn’t clean and no treadmill in the gym
