Overall we loved our stay, and will definitely stay again next time that we come to Boston! My only complaint is that the correct remote for our TV was missing, so we were not able to use the TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but were not able to find the remote until a couple of days later when we were checking out. (I’m not sure where it was, perhaps in another person’s room.)
I normally would not care, but it’s February and very cold out. We were looking forward to coming back to our warm hotel room to just relax and watch a little tv, and we were not able to.
