The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location convenient. Air conditioning was great on the ultra-hot time we were there. Price is a bit much for what you get, but everything else in Boothbay was also.

The only thing we liked was the property was close to town. We have never had a room so small, no clock, coffee but had to go to office, no refrigerator, and had a fragrant plug in so strong that we placed it in the bathroom between the screen and window outside. We are not large people luckily .The bathroom was very small,

Great location and good for a couple of days. No fridge, coffee pot or mirowave in rooms. Cute decorations with storage space and very good lighting. Coffee/tea in office opens at 8AM closes at 4PM. Good hot water and comfy beds, all you need in Boothbay, you want to be out exploring.

We spent 1 night here on our travels, and it was fine for the night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. We managed, but we are not large people. We would prefer a fridge in the room. The outside steps leading to our room were narrrow, so we needed to be cautious to land our feet when carrying our bags. The area is nice.
