Worst experience

So i get there and look under the sheets and there is not a mattress protector. Turn on tv there is no service it took them 4 hrs to get back and finally got tv when i went to turn it up it was all the way up and it was a soft wisper. That was the first nigbt 2nd night about 2 am and the smoke detector wnet off for about 2 minutes then about an hour later it went off again did the same thing happend till 5am called them to let yhem know at 2 and they said there was nothing they could do so at 5 took it off the wall took it to them and they didnt know what to do so the reat if the time i was there there was no smoke detector

A Disappointment.

The staff were pleasant. However, the 1st room we were put in had a bad musty oder, the floor by air conditioner was wet and the room was not cool. The next room was better, but had roaches and old blood on the comforter. There was nastiness on the floor in the closet. We were not able to get in our room until 4:00, so we waited an hour. The grounds were in kept.

This place was awful. The curtains, bed, mattress, etc. had yellow stains all over them and when I saw all over, I mean ALL over! It looks as if the room has had years of water damage, we couldn’t really tell if the bed and mattress themselves were covered in urine stains or if that was water damage as well. The ceiling, walls and baseboards were crumbling inside, on the wall that has the a/c unit on you can see the outside where the concrete, wall and frame have completely deteriorated. You could use your finger a poke a hole directly through the ceiling and sheetrock. The bathtub honestly looked like a tub from a horror movie with all of the rust stains inside the actual tub where you stand to shower or sit to take a bath. The rust is so bad that it is extremely sharp and it has tons of dirt and grime, not to mention the collection of hair and whatever else comes off of others in the shower/bath. This is definitely a huge concern for infection. We needed a hotel for a last minute casino trip and this was the closest and had decent reviews. We checked in, walked in the room, sat our things down on the table, didn’t even get 1/3 into the room and wanted to vomit! The room across from us was being cleaned and the door was opened so we walked in to take a look and I see if maybe it was just that room and we could be moved and nope…we already prepaid so we grabbed our things and ended up eating the cost for the weekend. There was no way in hell we were going to stay there.

there was a spider in my room bed didn’t find out until the next morning when i was bitten up luckily im choctaw and get free health care they were able to treat me the same day i didnt fire a complaint or nothing because the staff was really nice and helpful even let us have a early check in and late check out but after killing the spider the expirience was amazing

The bed are very comfortable, great pillows and there are three on each bed. We had a little trouble with the TV at first, it kept saying "No Signal". My husband went to the front desk and they told him how to fix it.
