The bathroom was dirty, and the pillows had stains that were visible through three pillowcases. It was gross. We had to shower in our shoes.

We needed something quickly and this was 'cheap' at $77/night. You get what you pay for. Musty smell to room and other odors throughout room and hallway. Shower was very dated, obviously had mold, a hole in the ceiling from where a fan had been removed and a bucket had been placed underneath the sink to catch leaking water. The fire alarm had wires hanging out of it. The bed was not the most comfortable, but adequate. Had to ask for bath towels. Mini fridge worked well and microwave was great. TV was good too. Quiet. Breakfast had very little selection, just coffee, eggs, waffles, dry cereal, bananas that I saw. Customer service lacking all around. Just appeared very dated and neglected. I took photos but I can't get them to upload to my computer.

Exceptional quality, and an exceptional price.

Extremely good conditions at a good price that suited our needs. We were staying there on our way to a vacation site. We will definitely stay there again on our way back. And probably on future trips. And with sure Falls close by were already planning future trips to the hotel.

It was a convenient place to stay. Older hotel, but well-maintained. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Served from 6-9. I arrived to the lobby at 6:40, and the "grab and go" items were all gone.

This place was a little long in the tooth, needs some upgrade and TLC. The sofa was terribly stained, no drain cover in bathroom sink, coffee maker was missing a tray, making it incapable of morning coffee, rusting hardware. I was only there overnight but I found it overpriced for what it was.

BEWARE! If I could leave no stars I would! For the price we paid! This should be a crime! We stay for two nights and was ready to go after one. Unfortunately they don’t offer refunds! Towels and blankets are stained! Walls had stuff all on them. When I mentioned to the staff they said oh well they are cleaned! Never have I seen this type of uncleanliness in a hotel! I asked to get our bedding changed because they were dirty with stains. we come back, I check and they just made the bed… shower was disgusting! We had to shower at a friends hotel because the shower head was horrendous! Definitely will never return! The pool was not even opened until I mentioned it then it was magically opened.. the hotel had an odor through out! Our room smelled like mildew.. they are just here for the money! Only showing the better rooms on Expedia site for booking!

Mediocre for the money

It was under construction and the hot tub was broken. The pool was pretty poorly maintained. The room had a really musty smell and not many outlets worked. Basic television and small breakfast selection made it hard to justify the cost. Does have a decent location and right off of the highway.
