After check in I arrived at my room and it had a plumbing problem. I called the front desk and a maintenance man was immediately sent up and he could not repair the problem so, a manager immediately moved me across the hall to another room with a great view.

My only complain is that we weren’t able to swim the day of check-in so we planned on swimming after checkout the next day thinking that they let you use your wrist band for the pool and outside area still but we were told that you have to pay $20 per person if we wanted to do that. We did not do that considering how much we already paid to stay the 1 night there.
