Enjoy the three-minute stroll with your morning coffee down the road to the chapel dock, passing the beautiful River House, and historic Wilson ruins along the way, to take in the breathtaking sunrise on the May River. Even non-morning people will admit, it is worth waking up for! The 1 bedroom Guest House can be added to your reservation for an additional fee and allows additional privacy for both you and your In-laws, Nanny, or other Guests.

This home has been professionally decorated and furnished with custom bed linens, draperies, fabrics, and high-end luxury appliances throughout. These luxury finishes, combined with the freshness of being newly and fully remodeled, assures that you and your guests and family will stay in a beautifully appointed home.

The front porch features two comfortable porch swings, for lounging in the Lowcountry's year-round mild climate. The doors open to a lovely living space, with fireplace, plenty of seating for all your friends and family, and a kitchen that is built for entertaining. The downstairs master consists of a bright sitting space, and a gorgeous soak tub, decorated in light and airy tones that promote relaxation.

As you head upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with King beds, one of them offering two small kids' beds, and both with en-suite full baths. The upstairs also features two desks in the loft area, making it easy to work or complete schooling remotely.

As you head out back, you will find a charming fenced-in courtyard, complete with firepit and gas grill, offering full privacy.

Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including the River House and Buffalos Restaurant, resort bike and golf cart rentals, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, a myriad of water excursion options, and more!
You will be a short 5-minute golf cart or bike ride from the world-class Montage Inn, and Octagon restaurant. On the way there, don't forget to stop by RT's Market to grab a snack, or the famous Treehouse Playground to let the little ones try the zipline. Make sure to end your days at the firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s'more and quality conversations with other members and guests.

Although you can walk to nearly all of the amenities throughout the property, for an additional fee, the owners 4-passenger golf cart is available for your convenience during your stay.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
