We really enjoyed our stay. The team were very friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our bar meals. We'll definitely say again next time we visit Glenshee Ski Centre.
Comfortable room but bathroom was very small with an awkward shower access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Great selection of games to play in the lounges and open fires were very pleasant.
Loved everything about the property.
Staff were amazing , they were welcoming, warm, friendly and made every effort to make your stay a positive experience.
The room we occupied was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
There was plenty draw space to put your clothes into, but no hanging space. That said with the angles of the walls and the eaves of the room meant there was no place to actually fit a wardrobe for this purpose, so without major renovation to the room, this was beyond the hotels control.
The only other minor point is that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, but this by no means had any impact on our stay !
Staff were all so kind and friendly and treated you like family. Amazing stay! Five stars all around. The little puppy , Tilly was such a joy to have around. The food was really good and the rooms were very nicely appointed, warm and very comfortable. Beautiful views from every window and the castle was lovely.
Converted castle, beautifully done, beautiful grounds....but no bellman or lift- tough negotiating the 3 flights with luggage for a senior

Very Dissapointed - but stunning location
Really disappointing stay - the photos on the website and on the Hotel's own website look excellent and so we accepted the higher price point (over £200 for 1 night on an October sunday) and were really looking forward to visiting.
The good points - Location (stunning) - Staff (helpful) - Dinner (ok) - Breakfast (great).
The Bad points - the Hotel is now quite shabby and really needs some t.l.c. and investment. Basic things in just our room included leaving plastered areas (old plug sockets) unpainted, damaged doors and skirting, and ripped wallpaper all give it a run down feeling.
A lot of these things could be sorted with minimal work. It took 10 minutes to get the TV to work (you have to go in to settings to change the display port), and the cold water runs milky white! We took to boiling the water before trying to drink it (eventually going to the nearby shop to buy bottled water).
For over £200 a night for a Sunday in October - this really isn't good enough. We wont be returning (unfortunately).
