We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us.
What kind of business are you operating?
Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me.
You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers. Do not recommend you company, will never book through you again.
My room was spotlessly clean and stocked with toiletries and tea-making facilities. The breakfast are was also beautifully clean and well kept and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive.I agree with other reviews that the rooms are a little tired looking and the steps outside definitely need attention as they are dangerous.
Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. Breakfast was the full menu, not the continental in the details from Expedia and was served in the lounge after 7am, as we were there to watch the golf, normally 9am. Evening meals were excellent with good deals on the specials. Staff really nice & made us feel very welcome. Would stay here again!
The room I was in had an overwhelming smell of dog, as soon as I waked in the run it hits you in the face. Service was great, food was great, people were friendly. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before were you take your own breakfast up to your room the night before as they have no chef in the morning?

Food restaurant were excellent & so helpful.
Bedrooms could do with being up dated but were clean and was excellent for a one night stay.
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was the full menu, not the continental in the details from Expedia and was served in the lounge after 9am, so good not to have to get up at crack of dawn.
The room was comfortable and even though it was facing a main road, I slept well. The decor could do with some updating, but I'm sure they will do it in time.
I would recommend accommodation to anyone.

Friendly staff, lovely bar meals and breakfast. The room and bar were spotless. Yes, as previous reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are a little outdated but they were sparklingly clean, making them good value for money. Admittedly there was road noise as it was next to one of the main roads into Perth, but again, it didn’t bother me due to the cost and the other redeeming features,.
II have visited many other bland much more expensive chain hotels near noisy roads and know that I would prefer the Cherrybank Inn.

Very busy. Pub too crowded to get evening meal.
Main downside was male and female juveniles drinking from bottles on road at rear. Drunk and noisy

Great staff and value
A lovely stay with very attentive staff and a great breakfast. Room was fine the window could do with a bit of attention but a great value for money and great if you have a dog in tow.

Rooms above the pub. Road noise was excessive since our room was next to a busy highway. Older property but maintained. Pubs dinner was excellent & affordable.

Lovely pub, excellent evening food and breakfasts. Lovely recently modernised restaurant. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Lovely staff - bar staff cleaning staff etc. Room itself (twin) was small but adequate and had a fridge as well as a kettle. Bathroom was small but again adequate stand in shower, sink and toilet - however could do with a spruce up of grouting and radiator was all rusty. No security light outside the propery and is rather awkward quite dangerous concrete stairs to get to property from main road but noticed the next day there was some lighting it just wasn't switched on when we were needing it as light from main road causes your shadow to not allow you to see where your feet are stepping. Great location - bus stop right across the road for getting into city centre and is obviously on main bus route to park and ride.
