JL 416: Ocean View, Spectacular sunsets, clamming, crabbing, walks on the beach

This two bedroom 1.5 bath upper level condo at Jacobs Landing is a favorite. In 2022 a complete renovation took place. Everything in the property is brand new. The beds, the cabinets, the flooring, the paint, the dishes, glasses, silverware and all other kitchen items are new. When we say complete, we mean complete. Upon entering the property you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed. This bedroom also a nice large deck with a view of the water. There is a propane BBQ and nice patio set for your use and enjoyment. On the main floor you also have the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or full meal. A nice smart TV with streaming capability. There is also a small deck that looks out onto the water. You can catch one of Birch Bays beautiful sunsets. There is also a full size bath on the main floor and a washer and dryer. Upstairs in the loft area is another Queen size bed and a half bath. The loft is almost enclosed but does have a large area that you can look down into the living room. This property offers complimentary WIFI and a new washer/dryer in the unit. While staying at Jacobs Landing you will also have use of the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court and game room. The beach is perfect for a beach fire to make s'mores and the berm is an excellent area to go for a walk. We know you will be very happy staying in the condo and staying in Birch Bay.
