Impressive Victorian building located on the seafront. Plenty parking, £10 for one night payable at reception. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was quick, 3 receptionist on duty. The hotel and room was decorated in traditional style. The room was comfortable and clean, toiletries, tea and coffee provided. We had sandwiches in the bar at night which arrived quickly and were very good, £7.25 each. Breakfast was average but acceptable, tea and coffee served at the table which had a seaview. Overall the stay was much better than expected given some recent reviews and was good value for money

We will not be returning to this hotel are friends paid £114 per night including breakfast we paid £126 per night ment to have breakfast included but hotel said it was room only room was clean but out dated pictures look good but was taken about 20years ago

Beautiful old world - style hotel in prime location. Enjoyed the sea view immensely, comfy bed, spacious room, new-ish bathroom, but interior/furniture in the room a bit shabby (especially the armchairs and the curtains!). Only basic coffee & tea station, no caffeine free or herbal options. Service at breakfast very slow, and partly unexperienced, its only for the tea & coffee... Still a comfortable place to come to!

Property has had its day. Trying to present as upmarket. Have stopped here before many years ago and was bitterly disappointed, however it is not represented in the prices charged. Should have been better stopping it a premium inn.

1st time at the Imperial

Booked 1 night here so we could settle down after watching a show on the north pier, sadly show was cancelled but Blackpool wasn’t, first stay in this historic hotel, room comfy, and breakfast was very good , we will stay again

Stayed a couple of nights in a standard double room. Room size ok but very very dated, bath stained, sink cracked, sash window straight onto kitchen porter area so noise from early in a morning. Tv perched on a floor standing tv stand so you couldn’t really see it from the bed. Lovely old historic building but that doesn’t mean they should of let standards drop which unfortunately they have

Old building in Blackpool that years ago would have been very classy, still good & an experience that will stay with you. room fine breakfast good, about 1000 y from Blackpool proper but trams & buses just outside. Fleetwood ferry worth visit bay spectacular when tide out
