I'd struggle to recommend this place. The room was fine, location was alright but that's about it. We had screaming and shouting in the hallway all night, calls to reception went unanswered and nothing was done. I only booked because it was cheap so get what you pay for,

Perfect

Will definitely be back here! Room clean and very comfortable, staff were lovely and so good with my little boy. Walk out the hotel and the beach is on your door step, can understand why it was fully booked!

Overall a lovely setting however a few issues were in our room. There was no cold water in the sink and the blind in the bedroom was broke in parts. However the bed was comfy and the refreshments were good. An overall lovely stay at the setting . We will be more than happy to stay again when we return to Blackpool

Awful

Old, out dated hotel, windows dirty, window in bedroom stuffed with tissue to stop breeze. Bathroom tiny, shelf broken so everything fell off it. Drawers in unit broken. Only one plug for tv and kettle- no others in room. Top floor and no lift or offer of help to reach it with bags and kids etc.

No hot water, not a great experience

Honestly, the hotel is ok maybe 6/10 but that is not really my issue. Far be it for me to give a negative review normally however I stayed for 2 nights arrived on the Monday and left this morning. Checked in about 4pm and left my bags as I had to go out. I arrived back at 10pm and went for a shower, I had no hot water, ran my taps for a while and nothing, ended up having a cold shower (not ideal) and went to bed. Next morning there was no one on reception and I had to go out, so I thought I'll let them know on my return in the evening. When I went to reception I spoke to a lad to let him know I had no hot water in my room. At this point a woman appeared and he said "he has no hot water, what should I do?" to which she looked at me and said that they needed a part and the plumber would be here at 8am, this was about the time I was due to leave on the Wednesday morning. My biggest issue is they clearly knew when I checked in on the Monday, no one said a word, offered me any alternative, said sorry, not a word. When I raised the issue on the Tuesday evening again no apology, offer of a resolution what so ever. I feel like whilst the water may have been out of their control that they could have on several occasions let me know and simply chose not to. It was disappointing. The hotel was otherwise ok but nothing special. They have a small pool but it costs extra to use it, there is parking on the front, however again at extra cost.

We arrived late on Friday, parking is limited so I ran in just to see where I could park, man in reception was so rude, and very in helpful. The was a pint on the desk In back office. We finally parked, I went in and said all parked down the street and was ignored. we asked to view room first as we were worried. It was awful, I do think we had a room that hadn’t been down up yet but, you wouldn’t have wanted to put your feet on that carpet. So there we were at 10:00 on laterooms.com. I’d contacted the hotel before hand and they seemed quite helpful. The manager was there when we said we were leaving, he looked like the manager anyway, and did try to get us to pay by saying you’ll have to take it up with Expedia, however we opted for pay at property. All in all though very rude. Right on the sea front though and about a 10 minute walk into town ish. We had travelled from wales so finding another hotel so late is something we didn’t want to do.

Staff was helpful ,rooms are in need of some upgrading, the lift needs to be sorted , door needs to be more secure ,and the carpets in my room needs throwing in a bin ,the shower in our room not powerful at all

Requires a lot of TLC to building. No real storage for clothing, bathroom tight bins left over two day stay.Bar prices fair.Breakfast good.Parking fair if you can get it (1st come) .Fairly close to main tourist area with tram and bus stops adjacent.
