This hotel was pretty decent. Breakfast was crowded. It was the customer service that was extremely questionable. From not helping us how we instructed and informed ahead of time to changing the name of the reservation (without confirming with me) and blocking me out of my room. The hostess Sarah wouldn’t let me in without the cardholders permission even though the room was under MY NAME AND HOTELS.com ACCOUNT. Even the manager Luis had to be called and asked me “my question is why is he not answering your call?” Insinuating I did something to cause the mixup. Completely unprofessional of Luis and Sarah not to know better that the name of reservation is never changed without the person’s consent and them checking ID of the reservation holder. Literally, google it.
The service from the front desk staff ONLY, was shocking. It’s very disappointing to have had this experience here.
I ended up leaving early because the entire situation was stressful and I didn’t like being treated poorly by the front desk for absolutely no reason.
