The room was mediocre at best. The door rattled when the wind blew. The television doesn’t have internet connection, so no Netflix, Amazon or Disney. There was a hole in the corner of the wall by the toilet. The breakfast is waffles or toast/bagels. No meat at all. The grounds were a mess because of the winds.

The rooms had ants all over . The floor tiles were not secure enough. The beds were too hard . There was no laundry room. No available wifi even when the front desk gave you the wifi password. Ask for help and was told to use my hotspot in my phone . No tv channel you have to put in your own Netflix or Hulu or any other app information. You had use your own subscription for you to watch some tv .

The location of the property is very convenient, on a quiet side street steps from shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very basic and there is no pool, which is a big disadvantage in a hot, dry climate in Summer.

Dirty floors, body hair in the shower as well as the bathroom floor I would not walk around the hotel room barefoot no amenities, two towels not even a washcloth door lock wooden bolt correctly homeless digging into the trash cans. Definitely would not stay there again nor feel safe with family.

We rented two rooms. The summary here is a list of all the problems across both rooms and the property. WiFi worked only in the lobby - did not reach our rooms. The toilets in both rooms ran on because the flapper was wrong for the drain in the tank. Some outlets did not work in one room. The floor covering was loose and bulging. The breakfast was all starch or yogurt - no fruit or eggs. The hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby did not dispense cold water. The ice machine could not keep up with demand. On the plus side, the beds were fine and the AC worked.

Door handle was flakey and had to spend 10 minutes attempting to open even with help of staff. Finally a maintenance person came and used a quick double hit to the handle and it opened.

Refurbished…they tried…it’s clean enough,but old. And, NO ELEVATOR! I’m 77 years old with one bad knee and the other leg is failing. The stairs are old, going down, no handrail on right side. Glad I didn’t fall.

The hotel is an older, probably renamed at least once, and is now a a hotel that has rather minimal property amenities but is a good place to stop while passing through Bishop. My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room had the air conditioning powerful. Room had a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker. All what one would expect. I feel my room, 127 was once flooded, as the flooring, strips of plastic or vinyl were no longer adhering to the floor and were even slightly humped, so with each step, you could feel the files move under my feet. I could even pick up the strips completely off the floor and there was no adhesive at all. The flooring needs total replacement, and I told them so in the office. The breakfast was the minimal, with the feature being two waffle makers. Not much else. Two cold cereals, some bread, some yogurt. Okay, but minimal. The property has seen better days. What appeared to be for former swimming pool area is now a patio deck.

The most uncomfortable beds i have ever stayed in. The air conditioner did not work most of the time, making it so hot that we could not sleep. The micrwave was ancient and you could only stop it if you moved it to the side and unplugged it from a six way plug. The tv was terrible as in no channels but some news and a few spanish channels. Our tub did not have plug in it so if you wanted a bath you had to use a towel to plug the drain and the light switches for the restroom were out in the main room. Not that it was major but there were several large gaps in the flooring? So was very weird if you didnt have shoes on. The biggest issues were the incredibly uncomfortable bed with the tiny pillows and the ancient ac unit that didnt work most of the time.

Ants everywhere and despite working with the girl with the front counter we could not get the WiFi to connect on our work computers or any device unless we were at the front counter. Our room was literally next door to the front office. We had to check out a day early because we could not complete our work and we had ants everywhere coming through the wall. We asked the girl at the front counter if we could get our money back for the 2nd night and she said she could not do anything because we booked through Expedia then we called Expedia and they said they could not do anything because the hotel took our money at check in. Long story nothing resolved and just lost our money.

The room appeared very clean but had a stench of cigarette smoke. Wish California would make people smoke outside the room. The bedspread was completely clean but everything else was very good!
