The room felt so dirty. Sheets and pillow cases were all wrinkled! Refrigerator was rusty and dirty. Bottom of bed were all falling apart and looked so worn!

Very clean. One staff person made us wait at the count her to check in while she chatted on the phone and it wasn't a business phone call. We waited many minutes. Other than that, the rest of the staff was very responsive and helpful.

The check-in was very easy and the staff was very nice. We also had a chance to interact with one of the room staff. My husband had misplaced one of his hearing aids and we had given up looking. When we met a lady who was cleaning rooms and explained the situation, thinking she could look when she was serving our room, but she stopped what she was doing, took us back to the room, and in no time she had found it. Great service!
