Terrible host, AVOID

We did not have GAS and HOT WATER for the entire staying, most fundamental things for an accomodation, the host did not want to answer the phone even if I 30 times in 2 days, most of the facilities were broken of bearly working, be aware that you will face these problems with this host and on top of that, your refound for damage deposit will be returned after at least 13 working days which is insane. I recommand to ban this host from your website because it is damaging all the image of your brand and I don’t think you support this kind of behaviour.

Cleanliness should be improved - dust everywhere, dirty floors. Leaking shower. No toilet tissues at all. Otherwise good size property to stay over.
