We reserved to our 18 year old and friend. Just one night because they went to the legacy to watch comedy show. They couldn't check in cause an adult needs to be with them. Unfortunately i’m 5 hours away. We requested to refund our money and they denied it. They are happy now to keep almost $300 room reservación. Very unfair.

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you could hear the people above us walking and running back and forth. When I called down to the front desk at 10:30pm the desk person said that she was the only one working and she couldn’t go up to investigate. She said “she would try to call up and get them to quiet down”. Needless to say, the noise didn’t die down until about midnight. During check out when they asked me about my stay I said it was a terrible experience. No apologies were offered.Would NOT recommend this place.

family stayed here one night. we booked the room thru Expedia. upon check in, we informed we had our pet with us and stated that Expedia is reflecting a $50 pet fee. after checking out, the hotel charged us $90 for the pet fee and they charged us AGAIN for the hotel room in spite of booking and paying thru Expedia. now, one phone to Hilton corporate, one voicemail for the local hotel manager, and a phone chat with the local hotel sales director, I'm still waiting for them to adjust the pet fee and remove their incorrect redundant room billing. wasted time for a one night stay at a hilton property. so disappointing. Fultondale Home 2 Suites, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER.

Beware the 90 dog fee

Hotel was clean and quiet. The reason for the low star is because of the fee charged for the dog. Not only was it excessive in my opinion but it wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. With the 90 dollar fee, the room was 269 USD which seems high.

The cost of the room was as promised. However, they hit us up with a $90 pet fee for two tiny dogs that behave better than most of their guests. No one told us this when we were price shopping for a pet friendly location.
