I came in thinking my wife was staying overnight at UAB hospital. I literally was in the room for 5 minutes and they told us we could leave that night ! Sad that I couldn’t get a refund or at least half . Done with Hilton

The hotel is old, with renovations ongoing, so the smell of paint in the hallway was strong. Some of our party had trouble with doors not closing and keys not working, but overall it was "ok". Not a good value for the price however.

There was no valet parking. The coffee shop was closed. The lower level bar was closed. I couldn't get into a room until 4;00PM. The staff was mannerable but they provided very little service. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The front desk guy carried our bags because no cart was available. Our TV was off line maintenance came up within 2 mins to fix. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!!

Staff was incredibly helpful. I stayed during a snow storm and they were working short staffed but they remained patient and friendly.

Stayed here to be close to work during winter weather…Clean, quiet, comfy, walking distance from lots of places, friendly staff! Shower water was cool but could have been a result of extreme cold temperatures. This was my second stay, and I would stay again!
