I paid for 2 queen bed and got a king size room instead. It was very difficult dividing 4 tall people in a king size bed with no other amenities. The staff was unhelpful and slow about everything. Definitely want my money back

Had troubles with getting TV fixed but poor engineer had difficulties getting it repaired . Not his fault need to make TV easier not having customer us Two remotes and no directions in room which ones to use. I was but elevator / parking garage so it was loud. Ask for late check out they said they would have to charge me a whole day rate so I was disappointed. On app I put for late check out to 3 pm and paid $57 but I have to see if I was charged. The staff @ nite were very friendly….

Overall good stay. Only complaint is I searched to find a hotel in Birmingham with a balcony, but the balcony had no privacy. You could walk out and look over and see your neighbors which was very awkward and uncomfortable. Privacy walls should definitely be added.

The glass for the balcony was dirty and filled with hand prints. The counters had crumbs and the bathroom ws dirty with the past occupant's hair in the shower, counter and sink.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very cozy, and the view from the window was beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location was perfect — close to major attractions and easy to get around. I especially appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, fast Wi-Fi, and a smooth check-in process. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

My room was nice and clean. The room was spacious as well to my surprise. I thought it was going to be smaller after looking at the rooms online. The room has high ceilings which I love. This property is very quiet. The sports bar downstairs host breakfast that you can pay for daily or get it with your room purchase. You are better to add it to your room purchase than pay daily. If you have to pay daily the price is only $18. The staff there were extremely friendly. The staff for the hotel for the most part were very friendly in general.Would stay here again!

This place was unbelievable! The nicest people there is, clean, beautiful rooms. The entire hotel was amazing. The drivers that picked me up from the airport and took me back were amazing. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Thank you all for all your amazing work. God bless.
