The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt safe. There had been recent renovations to the ceiling of the room which were noticeable, but didn't present any issues for us.

The front desk person gave me a key to a room that was already occupied and the person in the room cussed me out because i was trying to get in a room i thought was mine its around 12am i showed the person my card that he wrote 203 on it to show i was at the right room . when i told front desk i got no apology nothing . Had no trash can in my room. Dirty hole in ceiling in barhroom hoke by ac unit this is the worst hotel i ever booked on Expedia and the unprofessionalism of the staff .
