This was a combination disaster, some how Expedia and hotel didn’t get reservations. Got to hotel and the maintenance man was working front desk. Front desk person had left to go pick up pizza waited 25 minutes for front desk person to get there. Only to find out they didn’t have our reservation, but Expedia charged me. Could not get a hold of Expedia.So I lost out on my money. Would that refund it? Beginning to wonder about Expedia personally.

Staff was terrific. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The problems: 1. The door to my room didn’t lock with the dead bolt. The lock didn’t line up with the cutout in the door frame. Traveling alone, that alone is unacceptable. I put the ironing board under the door knob to give myself extra security. 2. The tv want connected to anything. 3. After sleeping poorly, because the door wouldn’t lock, I wanted a shower before heading back to the hospital. NO HOT WATER. I Ran the water for a solid 10 minutes, nothing. Just cold. 4. The coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee maker. So no coffee.

The room was supposedly remodel … there was paint on the bathroom floor and hair in the shower. The walls are thin and can hear everything in the rooms next door. Absolutely horrible!

I was in the new rooms where they were remodeling. I only gave it 4 stars because there was some construction not completed in the room I was staying in. the inside bathroom door was unfinished the framing still had nails that were not plastered over. Outside of that the room was nice. coffee maker in the room. new bathroom shower ect. small fridge. overall very nice. I would stay here again.

When I arrived at the room, the windows were wide open to the 20-degree F weather outside, and the room was the exact same temperature. Unfortunately the little heater in the room couldn't keep up, so it was absolutely freezing in the room all night, with no extra blankets in the room :(

Upon arrival the Lady working the front was so kind and attentive, the rooms were actually nice and clean, they had breakfast and it was the same lady and she was very friendly and accommodating. Overall wonderful hotel

The motel is in Renovation mode had a roll of dumpster right next to my room entrance. The room was appalling , did not want to undress in the room. Got that skuzzy feeling in the room. To tired to change hotels.
