Staff was great. Checking in was quick and easy. My Mom likes to walk a lot and had lots of room and space for her to walk around where she also met most of the staff to front desk to cleaning crew who she all said were extremely friendly and helpful.

The motel is mid-renovation, but coming together nicely. The motel is super affordable, so nobody can really complain. You get far more than you pay for. The beds were clean and comfy. My only complaint is that the first room we were in, housekeeping didn't clean the food out of our fridge. But, the rest of the room was clean. Just an oversight. The front desk attendant was awesome. She moved us to another room, which was also clean, but one of the garbages that was shoved under the counter hadn't been emptied. I just chose to not report it as I didn't want to move rooms again, and there wasn't much in the garbage. Honestly, I'd stay here again. The staff is amazing, and unfortunately, they take the brunt for the mistskes of others. The housekeeping just needs to be more cognizant of checking the room thoroughly.

The check-in clerk was unfriendly, the hallways smelled like marijuana. The bed was half made and there was leftover beer and wine in the fridge. No frills. Dirt lot next store. Wouldn't stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room and bathroom were. The huge lobby is impressive, but we spent no time there. Somehow we got a wheelchair accessible room but didn't need that. We are elderly and the wheelchair accessible shower was nice, even though we didn't need it. There were probably less expensive rooms, and we would have chosen one, had we been more careful in making our reservations. This hotel was very close to our son's home and we were in Billings, MT to visit our son and his family. It is very conveniently located for interstate highway access and shopping.
