Disappointing

The bathroom is not in good condition. There is mold/mildew along the caulking in the shower, the towel hooks are missing or broken off. The stain on the vanity is cracked, damaged, dated or old, the paint along the bottom of the door is gone. The property may be older, but the owner shouldn’t be charging $160/night to stay here. All of these things make the room/bathroom look dirty and old. There were only two towels, so I don’t even have one to dry my hair. This is maybe a $129/night stay. Definitely NOT worth what we paid.

There were kids slamming doors and running up and down the halls until late at night. The parking lot was a mess! The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude. When I told him how loud and awful it was all night, I was basically told that it was my fault for not reporting it. I told him other places have a quiet time and they enforce it. Again, he was incredibly rude with his replies and deflected all blame to me again, as I didn't report it. This is a place that I had always chosen because it was clean, quiet and friendly staff. I will never stay there again.

We had reserved a room for my grandson 1 year open heart surgery anniversary. It was a king room. His 3 year old cousin and mom and dad came to play in the splash pool wiyh them. The receiptions was very rude and sad the vouldnt swim unless we changed to a 2 queen bedroom. Do we did. And she rudley told us that only people with wrist bands were allowed in the pool. I asked nicely if my 90 year old mother with her walker and I could just sit to watch.NOT ALLOWED. when they walked fown to the pool area we walked with them just hoping to watch through the window, receiption started yelling at us and I told her wr justed wanted to watch through the window. THERE ARE MO WINDOWS SHE SNAPPED Neverr neen treated so rude. This was to be a special night for my family and my 18 month grandson. Shoould have booked with a less expendive hotel with a pool .

The hotel itself was a great stay. The room was clean, the front lobby had such a welcoming feeling, the pool was fun. The only thing that was a dislike was the woman that checked us in. She seemed grumpy and was not pleasant. There was a younger woman that came out to help with checking in also, and she was as sweet as can be and it felt as almost she was scared of the other woman.

We are pleased

We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a little older but very clean. Plus they are pet friendly which is important to us as we take our French Bulldog on trips often. And they usually have a pretty good quality breakfast which is nice. The front desk service is wonderful and they are all very accommodating. Our beds were very comfortable, and if they were not you'd never go back. I would recommend this place.

Bathroom door and vanity had paint peeling, boogers on the shower curtain, shampoo bottle was half empty with something smeared on the lid, maybe makeup? Beds weren't very comfortable. NO COFFEE AT BREAKFAST. They said the machine was broke. TV was apps only, no cable or satellite, had to use two remotes that were confusing to get to the menu. I signed onto my Netflix, but couldn't watch much because the connection kept getting lost. I'm not bad with technology, but I guarantee any elderly people would lose their minds trying to figure out the TV.
