Was pretty gross. The rooms were not very clean, shower curtain dirty, paint missing on doors etc. Carpet below fridge was rock hard from something spilled from fridge. If you’re a bachelor then fine, if it’s a wife and family then find somewhere else.

We got there at 3pm after checking in online and stating our arrival time, and there wasn’t a room for us until 5pm. The staff were unconcerned and blamed it on short staffing but the cleaners weren’t even working on the supposed room we were supposed to get.

The room had a broken exterior window that allowed cold air to seep into the room. It was very cold and the heater we had never stopped blowing hot air so we had to turn it off, thus leaving the room even colder.

The room was not ready at the check in time. The hot tub was cold on the day we wanted to use it. There were no towels at the pool and we called in twice with no results... The best part of the hotel was all the christmas decorations - such potential but the service was poor.
