This place had a picture of a hot tub and said there was a hot tub, and there was no hot tub… And it was not refundable… Not sure how nice it was because we never went… We called the front desk prior to arrival and they said they did not have a hot tub, no it wasn’t broken. It doesn’t exist.

Did not have hot tub as advertised. Room seemed nice but could have been cleaned better. Some pieces were damaged in the room. Staff was amazing. Not all food was not what was advertised. I didn't feel like the price was worth it and debated on cancelling our stay and finding a new place. Needs an update.

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of February 28th, 2025. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did one of our friends find bed bugs in their room, but our room had bright red blood on the bedspread and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. To top it off, the staff had the audacity to bring my daughter, her friends, and their mothers cleaning supplies, a broom and dust pan, asking THEM to clean the common/dining area! I guess you’ll continue to have a filthy hotel when you expect your paying guests to double as your cleaning crew. Not only will Inever stay at this hotel again, I’ll never stay with this entire chain of hotels.

Felt a little bit catfished

Comfy bed, the bathroom was nice and clean, however, I booked this particular hotel based on the fact that the online listing said that there was an indoor pool with a spa hot tub. Literally, the hot tub was my deciding factor in which of the hotels in the shopping center I chose, since they were all fairly similarly priced. I was really bummed when upon arrival, the hot tub had been filled in with cement and tile and no longer existed. The in room tvs were a bit older and didn’t offer much for channels, and since I was staying here due to a winter storm and there was nothing to do but stay in the hotel, I was a little underwhelmed. The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming, and provided great service. So the hotel itself is fine. I was just bummed that my reason for booking didn’t actually exist anymore.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean however the property is slightly dated. A continental breakfast was served condisting of coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Hard boiled eggs, instant hot cereals & waffles.
