Enjoyable Ski Vacation

Convenient location; shuttle to base area was helpful in the morning. Nice size room; only negatives were not all lights in room worked and some trash was found underneath the sofa. Service was great.

A good spot!

This hotel is definitely getting a bit dated, but you can’t beat the location for the price. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and the rooms were clean.

Property was clean and comfortable, however the rooms are very dated and for the price, I wanted better. Room was too dark, wallpaper from the 80’s. Breakfast was decent. This is not a ski in/out property, but they do provide a shuttle.

The people working there were very very nice, congratulation to Abraham who always welcome us with his beautiful smile and always had a very nice word to say. Thank you to Alexandra for cleaning the bedroom perfectly well.The soap in the bathroom is terribly bad for the skin and it makes the skin super dry, it is UNACCEPTABLE.also the sheets were washed in super strong chemical and smelled Clorox,also super super unhealthy,it needs to change IMMEDIATELY.finaly the breakfast is super disgusting,unbeatable,pure junk 100% aweful ,this is not nice to treat guests like that,please offer food of 100 times better quality and not process and super cheap food,when we pay 600$ a night I think we can get a good body soap and a good breakfast and 100%cotton sheets,this is very easy to fix ,I hope you are listening and changing those things immediately otherwise your survey is pointless

Great property. Modern but cozy. There are two bedrooms, and the two sets of bunk beds are the in main room downstairs (rather than in a separate room). The support staff was really nice and helpful if we needed anything. Easy to get to the Madison base lift - 2 minute walk, then strap in and ski down to it. Would definitely stay there again!

Worst stay of my life.

The positives: 1. During daylight hours staff greets you and is friendly (after hours, don't expect much). 2. The water pressure. The negatives: 1. Room was not clean upon arrival (bright red blood stain on sheets, hair in the tub, and large piece of floss on floor next to bathroom trash). Resort was fully booked so at 10pm when trying to go to sleep and noticed the blood stain we couldn't change rooms and had hotel front desk clerk bring new sheets. 2. Room cleaned once by maid service in 5 days. 3. In disrepair (torn, ratty shower curtain, bent ceiling vent, window that doesn't close / lets cool air in, another window leaks when it rains/sleets to the point of causing a wet spot on the carpet---the carpet had a rippled, unlevel feel to it, so it's been a problem for awhile). 4. Breakfast is mediocre for a $500/night hotel (runny/watery eggs, pancake machine that doesn't work all the time or isn't refilled) not to mention the mold I saw on a bagel. 6. Don't plan on good sleep as the walls are so thin we could hear the conversations next door and then the plows that get going at 5am beeping when they go in reverse. I wrote a list of all these issues down and handed it to the desk clerk asking he give it to management. He handed it to someone else, she walked into the back area, but nothing after 5-10min. The clerk offers to refund the $12/day parking fee (which I wasn't told about when checking in), but says no refund can be given since I booked through hotels.com/expedia.

Staff was extremely friendly. It was ok nothing that screamed im on vacation. Breakfast wasn't anything special, kinda like a super 8 breakfast. Elevator sounded like it needed a tune up. The room was ok. Had two microwaves which was odd. The chairs back seat was nearly falling apart. The bathroom tub looked dirty and only stocked with one roll of toilet paper. You could hear thw people above you and next to to you. The lights and power went out durninf half of the tirp and were told the room next to us blew it out due to charging stuff and overloading it. It was a dark room and inconvenient. Nothing was done for it we had to shift over a lamp and make due. If your looking for a luxurious vacation this is not it. If your looking for a below average stay sure have it, it will meet those needs. Staff was freindly. No one was there to check us out either so we just left & it was 330am with a lobby full of drunk people. Anyways. BIG SKY was fun. I recommend staying inside the village.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating! Decor was that of a lodge which is what we were looking for on our winter vacation. Shuttle provided, but just a short walk to the village center. The Lodge was very clean and the view of the snowy mountains was beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Hot tubs need a good cleaning. The property was fine. Thermostat in the room wax a little glitchy: set at 70, room was at 62 over night. Staff was friendly. Nice common area.
