Wonderful experience

Loved the property, neighborhood, and amenities. Family Christmas was extra special with the Christmas decorations and tree in the house when we arrived. The house is very clean and very nice, with a fun cabin theme. Hot tub and Atari games were great. Hauling trash to town was the only disappointment.

The property itself was great; the log cabin is as described, and very quaint. The cabin location seems to be indicative of the city itself, very crowded. The neighbors- on both sides and the rear- are 10' away. It's not a quaint "cabin in the woods," so much as a "cabin in a very tight neighborhood."

Big and spacious living space

Went with 2 families, 4 adults and 3 kids. The living/kitchen/dining space was enormous. Perfect for our group. Beds werent the most comfortable but ok. Only problem was we were suppose to check in at 4, but the cleaning crew didnt arrive until 340 so we had to wait outside for an hour and a half while they cleaned. Not horrible but it atarted snowing and it was just a bit inconvenient. They did let us check out late on our departure date, so that was nice! Overall, minus the check in hiccup, excellent place to stay.

Great Place for Families

Great location for a family looking to experience Big Bear. Bunk beds, retro game arcade, game chest, and jacuzzi were all big hits. Loved all the knotted pine cabinets, ceilings, and matching furniture. Place very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Nice TV’s for movie night. Full kitchen with needed utensils. Everything seemed new to us. Master bedroom bed was hard and only a queen. Jacuzzi ordnance at 8pm that we were unaware of when booking. Overall awesome place and we will be booking here again!

Premium priced.. mediocre Accommodations

Linens were extremely cheap. Couches were uncomfortable and dated. Overall sleeping accommodations were inadequate for the price being charged. If you’re going to charge a premium you need to provide premium accommodations.
