Our spacious living area exudes modern elegance and charm, perfect for unwinding or gathering with loved ones. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine in style. Retreat to thoughtfully designed bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Outside, relax in the private oasis by the heated pool or front court yard with water fountain feature. Unwind in the jetted bathtub or relax in the living room with cozy fireplace and 3 reclining chairs. This enjoyable retreat offers AC, heating, WiFi, ceiling fans, two washers and dryer. Guests can rest in the 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. Enjoy your time on the Nature Coast at our fabulous house located on a park like setting. Bring your furry babies too because we have a fully fenced in doggie run and wash station/utility sink in the garage. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers and RV’s. Guests will have full access (including double garage door access) to the entire property with exception to the locked shed. IMPORTANT: Pool Maintenance technician comes every Friday morning to clean and maintain the pool PH balance.

-Manatees: You can swim with manatees throughout the year in Crystal River, where some stay year-round. However, the best viewing is from late November to April, with January and February being peak months.
- Rainbow River: Activities like kayaking and snorkeling are enjoyable year-round in its 72-degree waters. Many prefer swimming and tubing between April and September.
- Scalloping: This fun and unique activity is available from early July through late September.
- World Equestrian Center: Open all year, but the biggest events usually happen in winter, so check their schedule.
- Disney/Universal: These attractions are open daily, but locals recommend visiting from March to May or September to mid-November for the best weather and shortest lines.

At the very end of Fort Island Trail, you’ll find Fort Island Gulf Beach. This curved, 1,000-foot Crystal River beach is far enough off-the-beaten path that you’re unlikely to stumble on it. It boasts a roped-off swimming area, and its waters are calm and shallow, so your whole gang will be comfortable.
It offers covered pavilions and picnic tables; bring a packed lunch, or during the summer months, grab a bite from a vendor.
The park also features a boat ramp and dock accessibility, as well as a pier, where you can try out your fishing skills or just enjoy the views.
This is a free facility with ample parking. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A three-acre park nestled on the Gulf of Mexico, Alfred McKethan Park / Pine Island Beach Park offers white, sandy shores that are perfect for sun worshippers. This palm-fringed island is located off of County Road 495, northwest of Weeki Wachee. Its amenities include a beach and swimming area, picnic tables, shelters, barbecue grills, an observation point, a volleyball court, a playground and a concession stand.
It also features great flats fishing, kayaking and canoeing.
Make sure to stick around for the sunset: they tend to be spectacular.

- Floodlight Camera (Driveway): Monitors the driveway and garage area.
- Floodlight Camera (Side of House): Overlooks the pool equipment area.

These cameras are in place for the safety and security of both our guests and the property. We respect your privacy, and to assure you—we are not sitting around watching these cameras all day. Like you, we have full-time jobs and busy lives, so the cameras are strictly for security purposes. The camera by the pool is there only as a precaution in case of an emergency or incident, allowing us to review footage if necessary for the protection of both our guests and ourselves.
