La Quinta Inn & Suites - accommodation in Bethpage

The hotel was fantastic, the staff was great and friendly. Woke up to zero water pressure, water was eventually flowing around 1pm. There’s a lot of construction in the neighborhood, water service is an issue at times. I was told it just happened the previous Saturday, the city failed to notify the hotel. The assistant manager Jessica was great, she comped us breakfast!

The property has its own parking very convenient. The room was very clean the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Great stay for a quick business trip or work related trip.

I have been trying to deal with this the best way I could but the manager doesnt give me a choice. Cheaptickets have been useless just like the hotel. The charged me $299.41 on a bogus charge claiming that we caused damages to the room. They didnt say that until almost a month after as we kept on asking for our holding fee back. All they kept on saying was that it was coming and it never arrived. About a month later they sent me a pic of a hole, thats it! No reference where the hole was, dates, reports or any of such. Very vague and the manager keeps hiding, its never in the property. I guess they must be doing bad if they make up bogus fees to charge people extra.
