Douglas from the front desk was a very welcoming presence. He was clearly knowledgeable about the area, displayed a genuine interest in our trip, and was overall incredibly positive. The hotel was great, the staff was super efficient, helpful and straight forward. Excellent welcome experience, the only inconvenience is that there are 3 restaurants so there’s always random people coming in and out because the elevators are shared. bathroom shower was not convenient at all, water use to flow all around, bathroom door was not sliding properly and door was not up to size supposed to be.

Great stay close to lga - great roof top with city view. You can’t beat this location. Service at the rooftop was great. Rooms up to date and look to be recently remodeled.
