First floor was clean and smelled great. Greeted by a sign that said staff had to step away but would be right back. We arrived after midnight and it took them 45 minutes to get us into a room. (IT issues - not the staff members fault at all) Got to the 3rd floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke & needed to be updated. Thankfully the bathroom was clean but the carpet was filthy. We stayed because we were exhausted from a very long day of travel. Had we checked in earlier in the day we would’ve asked for a refund and left.

Cold bathroom, no heater, especially the icy tile floor. Shocked by it when first stepping on it. Dismal lighting. Continuous noise from trucks on the highway. Doors in the hall loud in closing. Difficulty finding a comfortable temp in the room. But the bed was comfortable.

Was in town for the weekend for a two day foot race. After the first day we came back to this hotel and the room was litterally shaking from loud music. At first we thought someone with a sound system in their car was parked close, but after an hour or so we decided to investigate. Theres a motorcycle dealership with a biker bar attached and they were having some kind of concert. Thankfully, it stopped at ten. Complained to management, and didnt even get an apology. If you want peace and quiet stay away from this property.

Very nice updated room. The continental breakfast was just average. For some reason, there were no potatoes served. Instead of orange juice, it was orange drink which is too sweet. The oatmeal was good however.

The staff was super friendly always with a smile. The building was spotless, welcoming, and brightly lit. The breakfast was well-stocked, fresh, and delicious. I plan to stay here every time I visit the area.
