Renovated apartment on the first line of the Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to it. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people.

It has an elevator, 15 m² of glazed terrace with incredible views, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 4 TVs (Smart TV in the living room and TV in all bedrooms) open community pool of season, tennis court, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, clothes iron.

While the apartment has a great location and fantastic view.... ... Described as sleeps 7, whilst technically correct the apartment has a dreadful layout if you need to use the sofa bed (whoever sleeps here has to go through bedrooms to get to either the bathroom or kitchen). It has seating for 4 and furniture far too big for the room. The dining table takes up so much space you can't sit round it or even walk past it. Described as having a pool and tennis court these were closed for building work. If your going as a party of 4 you will be comfortable any more and you are overcrowded

Fabulous Location

Fantastic view, good security of building. Advertised as a 3 bedroom but it was more a 2 bedroom, only access to living area was through the bedrooms, therefore you needed to use the small middle bedroom as a hall, to the food drinks from kitchen to dining table.
