Unbelievable location

Lovely newish beach front hotel. Fabulous location on Levante beach. Nice clean rooms, good WiFi, lovely roof top cocktail bar and plunge pool. Very good breakfast buffet.

The best breakfast buffet we have ever had, they had everything possible, so many choices and all very nicely done. The restaurant staff, also very nice, and professional. The front desk, only Victor was very nice and kind, the rest not so much, very unfriendly ladies. The rooms very small, even though we had an upgraded room ocean front. The sink kept clogging even though some one came to fix it. The shower water leaked out. Overall the rooms need some upgrading. The hotel location was great, very nice beach.

Spanish cold shoulder in full force, but nice hote

The hotel is in a nice location, with a small supermarket next door, directly opposite a beach (which can get busy so you need to be there for 7:30am to get sea front loungers), and in the old town for nicer restaurants and nicer streets etc. The hotel is clean and tidy, with well cleaned rooms and each room is large and comfortable. The room service staff are friendly and offer room service daily. The roof-top bar , seating area, pool and sun bathing lounger area is impressive and will be a major selling point for guests, Offering complimentary clean towels and a good selection of drinks and food. The breakfast is of good quality, freshness and a large choice from traditional English sausage and beans etc. Through pastries, fruit, salad, cold meats and cheese, cereals, breads, juices, proceccio, coffee and more. Great so far, and I have to say it is a very nice hotel to stay for a few days but with a few problems..... 1) The Spanish cold shoulder! Its well known that the Spanish would like to be rid of British tourists, and as most regular travelers will know, they just ignore you. Spanish people will be taken from behind you in queues to a free reception desk. You will be ignored at the rooftop bar and despite 3 people working, they will serve everyone else and then go and do something else like fold towels before they serve you 🙄. This is pathetic, and whilst I understand they blame British tourists for not being able to buy houses in local towns (much like UK media

A great suprise

Very enjoyable stay, room clean and more than adequate. Great view of the promenade and beach. Breakfast perfect they offer everything you can wish for.

The hotel is in a perfect location to everything you need. Hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and caters for everyone. Rooms are great and the views on to the beach are amazing.

hotel is in a fantastic location, very tastefully decorated, let down by staff on the front desk, very slow at check in - over an hour wait- and also very unhelpful when some first aid assistance was required - AC in room not the best but ok, lifts also have a mind of their own but did make this a running joke.

Mir hat vor allem das Gesamtpaket gefallen. Es ist zwar im Vergleich nicht das grösste Hotel, aber wen interessiert das schon. Klein aber fein ist hier angesagt. Die gesittete AtmosphÀre im Hotel, der Pool, mit Sonnenliegen, bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Bar auf dem Dach, das tolle Buffet (vor allem der frische Orangensaft!) Auch die Lage direkt am Strand, mit einem Katzensprung in die Altstadt, zu Shoppingmöglichkeiten und kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Also wenn ich wieder nach Benidorm reisen sollte (die Chance ist gross), dann werde ich wohl wieder im Barcelo Benidorm Beach einchecken wollen.
