Bemus-HOT TUB-Fire Pit-Pets OK-1 Block to Lake
Walk to everything Bemus Point has to offer from our centrally-located house on Main St! The lake is a short walk down a quiet street where you can launch a kayak or bring a boat (ask for details). Our house is open and airy with room for a crowd and a great backyard to relax and enjoy some outdoor time. We’ve got a fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor dining space, grill and hot tub! You’ll love how close you are to Bemus attractions and the lake, but nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
First Floor
-Spacious kitchen fully stocked so you can cook a great meal. Enjoy coffee from either the drip coffee maker or Keurig.
-Open dining area with large table
-Bright and comfy living room with smart TV. French doors lead out to the patio where you can grill or enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining.
-We have a queen-sized murphy bed in the living room disguised as a TV cabinet that conveniently folds up when not in use.
-Full bath with laundry closet and tile shower off the living room
-Kid play area with a play kitchen and other toys tucked near the kitchen and mudroom
Second Floor
-Open sleeping area at the top of the stairs. Relax on the day bed and watch TV or pull out the trundle and have room for 2 to sleep in the twin beds. There is a bedroom nook with two more single beds next to this area
-Primary bedroom with king bed, TV and vaulted ceilings
-Two more bedrooms each with queen beds and closets
-Full bath with tub and two vanities

What a fantastic stay! We were so impressed with this house from the moment we walked in. It was spotless, and the decor was lovely and tasteful, making it feel so much like a home away from home. The property was exactly as pictured online, Tiffany was friendly & prompt in responding to questions. This property is an absolute gem! Our young family has stayed in quite a few rental properties in the past, and this one has been the most enjoyable by far. So much to do for the little ones, ample and flexible sleeping arrangements, and the attention to the little things (like the super soft hot tub towels and the s’mores supplies) were the icing on top. Highly recommend this place, and we hope to be back at our next family reunion!

We were all very happy with this property. Very comfortable sleeping arrangement for all, and very considerate amenities throughout. Pleasant small yard with fire pit and wood, enjoyed the very clean hot tub. And nice deck for morning coffee. Both coffee maker and Keurig. Short walk into town and the lake. I recommend this rental property highly.

Charming Lake Escape in Bemus Point
Enjoyed the property and our stay in Bemus Point. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for multiple families. We enjoyed the firepit several nights and the smores bar was a special treat. The home is walkable to Bemus Point restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend staying at this home and we hope to return in the near future.
