Very clean beautiful room, and staff was excellent, very accommodating. I have to make several trips to London and will definitely book again. Just to note that parking and unloading is a little difficult, but everything else made up for it.

We've stayed here many times and highly recommend Hotel Metro. Super clean rooms. Great location if you're seeing a hockey game or a concert at the arena across the street. Unfortunately, downtown London can be a little depressing at times, this place is a definite bright spot.

Spacious open concept room. The decor was really cool too. There’s only one elevator, but the traffic is low so it wasn’t an issue. Travellers who are mobility impaired may want to consider the possibility of no back up Elevators. There are also a ton of good restaurants within easy walking distance. I tried a different one every night and was impressed with the food.

The entire property is incredible and beautifully decorated. Clean with lots of nice little touches and the staff were lovely, kind and accomodating. We had an issue with noise above and we were upgraded and given a beautiful bottle of wine. Truely above and beyond.
