This was our 4th stay here. It’s not as clean as the last few times. We had ants in our room which I told Guest Services about twice and they didn’t seem to be bothered by it. The room also had a strong odor. The property around has gone down hill very fast since we stayed last 2 years ago. When we left to get breakfast before check out there were crack Pipes in the walkway of the lobby entrance outside. After alerting the front desk person she said she knew but they were never moved or cleaned up. Good value for your $ I guess. Location is great for concerts and easy to park at.

Great stay, though brief. Arrived late and left early. Very tall spacious room with grand window and brick feature wall. One odd thing for us was the tub and shower both right there exposed in the room… okay for some peooke but not okay for others.

This hotel is great. Nice and clean. Service was good. Room aesthetic and style is so nice. Was a really hot weekend but couldn’t turn the temperature down in the room due to the eco settings.

We seek out boutique style hotels when we can. It was a little hard to find as I didn’t really know what the outside looked like. The area around is under a major revamp so not a great area for walking around but we did find a fabulous coffee in the market across the street and a restaurant for dinner as well. There is also more homeless and troubled people that are around this area.
