The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy accessible. Room cleanliness was acceptable. I booked a queen- size room, which was fine; however, my friend booked a king-size room and it was extremely nice and clean. If your budget allows, I highly recommend upgrading. You won’t regret spending more for a larger room. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Designed like a Caribbean resort. Perfect for a short family vacation especially for those travelling with kids. My only suggestion would be to have designated adults-only time slots so adults with no children can also enjoy the pool. Highly recommended for a family getaway.
