Check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood is very quiet. And is in a great central location. It is a clean house but it is a little tired. Some minor repairs need attending to (transition strip on the floor entering the bathroom wasn't attached, missing slats in the bedroom blinds, it could use more flatware and more than one wineglass.) FYI..it takes a long time to get hot water from the tap. The off street parking was nice. I'd say this is a decent rental for the price.

Pleasant stay for 4 people with comfortable beds! There was a small issue with wet laundry left in the dryer and there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal (didn't notice these being absent as provided amenities). Otherwise, this was a comfortable stay and the house met our needs well. Thank you!

There was no national park… the house was not clean upon arrival. Could not immediately reach home owner so we had to wash linens and clean and sanitize the house. The laundry was clean and easily accessible. Laundry detergent was available but we used it all cleaning the house so we had to buy our own. Home owners did reimburse us. Home was cut and in a safe neighborhood. Home owners did do what they could to make the wrongs right.

Cute little house, well maintained. Convenient location to everything. 20 minutes to St. Louis, 15 min to Mid-America airport. If you forgot it, they were prepared. It was nice to do laundry and travel home with clean laundry. They even had laundry soap. We will use them again and again. I would say they are the hostess with the mostest! See you again!
