Construction completed in late 2025, Belltopia, is a newly built, modern four-bedroom retreat. A true hidden gem in the Upper Blue Mountains, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Sitting on 2.86ha (7acres) of bushland and directly bordering the pristine Blue Mountains National Park, Belltopia immerses you completely in the sounds and atmosphere of the Australian bush.

Escape the crowds and discover the true majesty of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains by making the charming village of Bell, NSW, your base. Strategically located on the western edge of the mountains, Bell offers a peaceful, authentic retreat away from the tourist bustle of Katoomba and Leura. SOME IMPORTANT STUFF
•All bookings are for entire house
•All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay.
•Christmas check in no later than 23rd December, with a minimum 3-night stay.
•Check in /Check out strictly: 2pm and 10am respectively (unless agreed otherwise).
•Cleaning services: For stays of 7nights+, extra cleaning service available for additional cost.
•Beds: All bedrooms are furnished on the assumption of 2 persons. Please book the correct number of people to ensure access to correct number of bedrooms required.e.g. 4 persons for 2 bedrooms etc
•Bathrooms: Main bedroom has an ensuite (shower and toilet only). Main bathroom has a deep bathtub allowing to soak yourself whilst taking in the bush view. Then there is a powder room just off the lounge (toilet only).
•Lounge Room: Comfy lounge that can seat at least 6 people comfortably, allowing views of the bush, TV, and fireplace.
•Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sandwich press and Nespresso Inissia coffee machine. So, bring along your favourite toastie fillings and coffee pods.
•Dining: Internal dining comfortably seats up to 8 people. There is also an alfresco picnic table that can comfortably seat 6 people as well as additional bespoke outdoor seating area.
•Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board.
•Heating/Cooling: Split air-conditioning allowing you control the airflow into each room. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms during winter.
•Pets: No
•Parking: Off street parking for 2-4 cars.
•Indoor Activities: Smart TV able to stream the main services including Netflix, Amazon etc. There are also Board games, puzzles, books, playing cards.

Very much enjoyed our stay, was very clean and loved things like zoned AC to each room. The fireplace was beautiful and it was overall a great place to stay. The information booklet was very detailed and the house was well equipped too. Would be nice in the future to have perhaps one outdoor entertainment thing like a fire pit, bbq or jacuzzi, but obviously doesn't count against the place as it never advertised that it had one.If you want to stay in the area I highly recommend! Thank you for being great hosts!

From start to finish, we had the most wonderful stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming—we were delighted by a delicious treat on arrival, and with the cooler weather they had thoughtfully switched on the heating. The home was immaculate and fully equipped; we wanted for nothing. Each morning, we were joined by local kangaroos and birds, which was a real highlight. Thank you for such a memorable stay—highly recommend both the property and the hosts.

We had a wonderful 2 days up at Belltopia. It was the perfect little getaway from the city. We live in China, and have 3 kids, so a vast contrast to bustling Shanghai, exactly what we needed! The peaceful nature, boxing kangaroos that we saw around the property provided a great experience. Not to mention the property itself, which was very comfortable with a lot of space and met all our needs. It felt like a real home. We also got to travel to nearby Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens, Katoomba was also a 20mins drive, as well as the majestic Goovet's lookout! We would definitely consider another stay and highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed for a few days as a family, making it incredibly resourceful and convenient. The home was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. All the equipment came with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The quiet location truly felt like a retreat, and the air conditioning was both comfortable and easy to adjust. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, our only small suggestion would be to add a few extra rubbish bins in bathrooms. Thankyou so much!

We had such a great stay at Belltopia & honestly couldn’t fault it. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable & really well set up. It was myself, my partner & another couple so four of us in total & it felt like the perfect size plenty of space to relax but still warm. The location is a big win. It feels peaceful & tucked away yet it’s still close to local amenities & only about 20 minutes from all the main tourist spots around the Blue Mountains, which made it super easy to get out & explore without the hustle.We loved being so close to nature too, we even spotted a wallaby during our stay, which was a great little moment & added to the whole experience. All in all, it was a relaxing, easy & an enjoyable stay. We had a great time & would happily come back again.

We had such a great time! The place was super cozy with a fireplace and an awesome kitchen, plus the welcome folder made everything easy. The drive was smooth thanks to the tips, and Scenic World was a blast—we’ll be back!
