It was a pleasant stay in Hilton Beijing. The check in is smooth and pleased as the front desk lady Lisa is very helpful and nice. Room is clean and spacious although a little outdated The housekeeper Lixia Liu is extremely helpful and doing cleaning so well . The hotel was under renovation and I was woken up by the renovations for both days. They started at 8am. I didn’t expect my holidays to be like this when I want to sleep in. The hotel should've notified guests that the hotel is under renovation before I booked. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew it would be this loud. They only told me the hotel is under renovation when I was checking in which is too late. Absolutely unacceptable

My only complaint is the Breakfast. Hilton being an international chain, should have food to accommodate tourist who don't eat pork or beef. The other thing that needs to be addressed, is that Hilton must train their staff to be more proficient in English to cater to international tourist. Apart from that, the hotel is great! Thank you Hilton, we had a wonderful holiday..
