The staff was great and the hotel was clean. However, the air conditioning in our room was not working, and other guests were also complaining about the issue. Some even had to go to the store to buy fans for their rooms.

A Bit Humid

The room was overall clean but a little damp. Most likely seasonal, but the humidity in the room was not well compensated for which left a "wet" feeling in the carpet. Pillows also were not that substantial. I have stayed here on several occasions but not in the last three years. Front desk service was excellent and friendly.

This is a hidden gem

Very pleased with the room and the service. It exceeded our expectations and we would chose this place again. Because the price was lower than others, we expected something acceptable but not great. It was GREAT!

Everything was great. Very good value for the king-bed suite we had. The pool is very narrow and rather small, we opted to not partake. A nice group of great restaurants nearby as well as a couple coffee joints. Writhing walking distance of Bay Street and downtown. Right on the main drag through Beaufort so very convenient.
