I would like to say that things have improved dramatically since my last stay, especially regarding the staff. Our last stay we weren’t even acknowledged when we came in but this time it was warm and welcoming. The young man behind the counter was so courteous, polite and helpful our entire stay! Great job Holiday Inn Express for uping your game and we will continue to be a patron of your establishment.

The property is starting to show wear. We stayed here last year and we can see the difference. The pool and hot tub were not available for use because of renovations ongoing. So we know the care is on its way. Our check in person did her job well and efficiently but she lacked personality and a smile.

Room was great, large, beds and pillows were very comfortable, shower was strong and hot. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Workers were polite and attentive. Place is now my #1 choice next time we're in town.
