My room was clean, but the air conditioner stopped working after the first day. The shower drain was clogged and there was standing water after each shower. After my 2nd night, the temp in the room was 79 degrees and very hot so I asked to switch rooms. The staff member at the desk was very nice and accommodating and she switched me to another room. It was cleaner and the shower drain worked properly. The air conditioner worked very well and I could finally sleep. Overall it was a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. There is a snack bar by the front desk where you can get sandwiches, wraps, snacks and drinks (even late at night). There is also a restaurant and bar. Plus, they also allowed me an hour late check-out, which was very nice because my flight left in the afternoon and I didn’t want to sit in the airport for hours.
