Overall, OK. Main issues were multiple conferences when we were there (good for them, but made things crazy busy). And 1 of the 2 elevators were out of order. And did I mention multiple conferences going on...with 1 elevator! Great location though and overall decent hotel. And oh, yeah, they never emailed me my receipt!

This was our first trip. Beautiful scenery! The hotel staff were incredible and the room was perfect for my couple days there. Highly recommend

Great service! Please fix elevators.

The trip was mostly great. But the elevators were not in good repair which made staying on the 5th floor a little difficult during our stay. Otherwise - great service and great cookies! Yum.
