Horror Show

Room 317: I was devastated! I have never been so disappointed and stressed by the conditions of this facility. Smokers everywhere! We couldn’t get a key to get into our room because the office had been accidentally locked and the computer system was down as well! The clerk tried her best to assist, but nothing made up for the conditions we found. No window curtains, only 2 sheets and no blankets on the bed. The pillows were pancakes. The toilet had not been cleaned, only flushed. Noises all night, constantly drowned by interstate traffic. The sofa bed didn’t work (because it was not a bed at all) My daughter made the reservation because I had exceeded my limit for traveling by car. Being in the hospitality industry as well, this was quite alarming! We couldn’t leave our hotel room because we didn’t have a key to the room. Because of the lateness of the hour, we had no alternative but to stay until morning. I am left with no option but to request a refund due to the conditions we experienced. No guest should have to endure conditions of this magnitude (short term or not). Please forward the refund to the card on file at your earliest convenience. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and I would not want my business name of Woodspring Suites associated with this facility! Sincerely, M. Johnson

The room had an awful stench. The fridge was rusted. Shower takes 30 minutes to warm up. Toilet makes an awful noise when flushing it. Avoid this place at all cost!

This hotel was nasty looking.. the covers were dingy, had all kinds of fur balls on it… a roach running a marathon in the bathroom. The refrigerator had rust marks all on it. The only thing was decent was that the ac was blowing really cold. They gave u 2 sheets to cover up with, there was no comforter… I will not recommend this location to anyone unless u just want to go there to get a quickie then roll out

The floors were terribly disgusting. The smell in the hallways was so strong of air freshener it gave me a headache and when I opened my room door, I could tell that was to mask the scent of the rooms. Be careful if you have kids, the windows open (any floor) but that did help with airing the room smell out. Employees were kind and helpful. The rooms just were very crack hesd vibes
