Maybe they need help

Having to stay there for a week for a tournament the room was cleaned 1 day ! Maybe 1 day was my fault for having the room occupied sign on the door I'm ok with that. But the next day I had spoken to the cleaning lady on the floor and said she'll be there today to get it done! When I returned it wasn't very disappointing I personally had to go to the front seat and get towels as they were piling up! I told the front desk said she'll talk to the cleaning manager! I had left early so I'm not sure if it was done

Part of a 12 day trip for us and this was by far the best property we stayed at by far. (we generally look for budget-friendly properties). Great customer service and very clean hotel. Love the complimentary drink cards. It's great that they do breakfast & DINNER! Specially for families that are on a tight budget. We definitely enjoyed the stay! We'll be back again!
