My experience was Great from the moment I walked in was a greeting that felt warm the Deak clerk Ladarius the kitchen and bar Ms. Monique and the other guy. My room was clean comfortable and had great night sleep! When I say the hotel has the best crew on evening shift they were amazing. Lied to..

I was told that there were roll away beds for the youth when i booked. I even called to confirm that a bed could be brought to the room before we arrived. Upon checking in we were then told that they didn't have any roll away beds and no other room with two beds. It wasn't a very comfortable night with three people in the bed.

Another Great Visit

Very good stay as normal. Staff was super friendly. This location is conveniently located to suit all my needs and I love they welcome my Furr-Baby w/ a nominal fee paid for his stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and clean baths. The location is close to many eateries, gas, banks, etc. and very quiet w/ many amenities.

The lobby was 52 degrees and the staff said they were not allowed to adjust the thermostat. No way we could eat breakfast there due to the cold. The front staff sat on a box next to a portable heater when there weren't anyone to check in. Treadmill broken. Faucet in bathroom very thin stream and barely warm water after letting it run, yet hot water available in the shower. Toilet pulled away from the wall and the top didn't fit. TV didn't have satellite or cable with a basic remote. Our friends had all the stations with a nice remote. No snacks or fruit to purchase or vending machines. The only option was frozen spaghetti or mac n cheese to heat up in the microwave. Door to the room didn't close or lock without pushing very hard. We told the staff about the treadmill, TV, faucet and lobby temperature. Never had anyone do anything or reach out.

On night 1, we had to repack and change rooms bc the tv and phone didnt work. In night 2, we were unable to shower bc the staff never brought face towels. The next morning when i called the front desk, the staff told me i would have to wait until 10 for housekeeping. At 1015, i called back and was told i would have to come down to get them. I had to go down in my pajamas for small towels and the staff was very rude.
