I couldn't enter the building upon arrival because a key card is needed to enter so I had to wait until someone came out to go in and had to call the hotel number to request someone to attend to me for check-in because no one was at the front desk. Staff was not informative or welcoming. Parking is horrible. Lock to the restroom door was broken. A hook to hang the towels was hanging off the wall.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I interacted with so many people during a very short stay, and everyone was so nice. The property was clean and our room was very clean. The lobby doors lock at night and the area seemed a little sketchy at night but no issues. Breakfast was included and was what you’d expect. Very meh but fine. For the price I think this was a great value overall though.
