Property good, need more night employees

The one girl I interacted with was nice and helpful, checked us in fast. Then from midnight to 1:00 am we heard stomping, running, furniture falling so we finally called. She said she would call the room. Maybe she couldn’t leave the desk? Maybe it was only her working? Fine it’s whatever but we barely slept and it didn’t get quiet until after 2 am. So all I got was to shower and got some sausage. But no sleep! I’m tired!

The suite was very spacious. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a diverse and high-quality selection. I particularly liked the variety of toppings available at the waffle bar.

Could have been better

Upon checking in the lady who checked me in was rude. She was nice to the people in front of me. Don't know if it was because she knew them or because of nationality. There was NO soap in the shower to take a shower. Thank goodness I brought my own. There was hair in the tub and one of the beds was broke. Everytime you moved it would make a creaking noise. Beds were not comfortable to sleep in. Upon checking out the lady was nice. All in all not sure if I would stay there again.

Hare Kṛṣṇa! The Hotel itself is maintained and "clean"- couches with white spots need to be cleaned to give an overall feel of sanitary surroundings, stuffy, pee smelling rooms let you know they allowed pets, or need to clean the rugs .. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. Check in was easy and the Continental breakfast appreciated. They will open the pool/hot tub deck upon request during cold weather , which is a nice option.

This was a beautiful suite. The hot tub in the restroom with the extremely large shower was a definite plus. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

all was good, except air conditioner would not turn off either on the unit or on the wall.we were able to change temp by hand, but it was kind of inconvenient. TV was really good . we were able to get good selections , that i cant get on my cable tv at my home.Over all a good experience
